　Manufacture procedure: cutting processing station、rolling processing station、assembling and welding station、blastin station、painting station.

　There are three key points during the wind tower manufacturing.

• Single cylinder is pyramid type. Meanwhile, the difference of top and bottom diameter is small. So cutting process becomes much more important.
• Effectively controlling deformation of flange and cylinder welding is necessary else.
• Each tower is long enough. It is need to be assembled by couples of cylinders.  Pay much attention to the assembly and welding of each joint. Make sure the length and straightness of tower.
